With an established reputation for excellence and an expanding portfolio of prestigious projects, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive project success.

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of high-end D&B fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple D&B fit-out projects from inception to completion.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.

  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the D&B fit-out sector.

  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs in London.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Sound financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.

  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction best practices.

  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field (desirable).
