​Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – £55,000 (based on experience) – West London - Leading Residential Developer

Kenna Recruitment is working with a leading residential developer currently searching for an AQS looking to step up or a current intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their West London based division. About the Role:

You will be playing a key role in managing project costs and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will include procurement, payments, valuation, and supporting Health and Safety administration. The role will predominantly be involved with RC Frame apartments development schemes with sites ranging from 100 to 300 units located across in London.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in preparing and approving subcontract enquiry lists.

·         Issue detailed and compliant tender packs.

·         Evaluate returned tenders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·         Provide detailed cost breakdowns for land acquisition packs.

The ideal Candidate will have the following:

·         Prior experience working for a residential developer.

·         Willingness to learn and grow within a company

·         Be a current Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up.
