Location: Remote, 1 day a week in London

My client, a dynamic main contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Tender Planner to join their busy pre-construction team. The successful candidate would be remotely working with once a week visits to their office that is based in Central London. My client delivers high quality construction projects across a wide range of sectors.

The Tender Planner will play a key role in developing tender submissions, ensuring that projects are accurately planned and scheduled to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed tender programmes to support bids and pre-construction activities.

• Work closely with the bid management, estimating, and project delivery teams to ensure the accurate planning of resources, timeframes, and methodologies.

• Analyse project requirements, risks, and constraints, and produce robust tender plans.

• Prepare tender submissions that align with client expectations and project specifications.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and ensure project compatibility.

• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tender processes and systems.

Key Skills:

• Experience with ASTA

• Degree Educated

• Construction site experience

• Excellent written and communication skills.
