Kenna Recruitment are representing a High end residential developer, based in the city of London, who are in the market for a Site Manager to join their team. The scheme is a £10millon refurbishment in an extremely prestigious part of West London and home to some of the most recognisable people in the UK

About the role:  

You’ll be liaising with the ProjectManager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the highest standard and to the client’s needs.

The ideal candidate would have worked on High end bespoke one off residential schemes varying up to £10 million in value

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the project is delivered safely through

• Work is done in the highest standard

• Providing regular updates to project and Contracts Manager

• Meet deadlines

Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid cert
