Kenna Recruitment are representing a leading fit-out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Site Manager to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out projects across the London and South East, including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele.

About the role:  

You’ll be liaising with the senior construction manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job to the highest standard and taking the project from the final stages through to completion. 

The ideal candidate can will have experience in managing commercial fit out schemes varying from £1million to £100 million 

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the project is delivered safely through to completion 

• Work is done in the highest standard

• Providing regular updates

• Meet deadlines

Requirements:

• CSCS

• SSSTS

• First aid cert
