Freelance Lead Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bermondsey, South London

Our Client are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior/Lead Quantity Surveyor's for a freelance position based in South London.
The scheme is a £65m new build RC frame residential plot over a couple of phases.
You will be responsible for leading the overall commercials of the project from internal/external procurement to final accounts.


This could turn into a £95-£100k permanent role for the right candidate.
They are looking for someone to start immediately on a contract basis.
