​Senior Quantity Surveyor – Up to £80,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus – Kent - Leading Residential Developer

Kenna Recruitment is working with a leading residential developer currently searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their division based in Kent. About the Role:

You will be playing a key role in managing project costs and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will include procurement, payments, valuation, and supporting Health and Safety administration. The role will see your involvement with large scale traditional residential schemes with sites upwards of 300 units located in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in preparing and approving subcontract enquiry lists.

·         Issue detailed and compliant tender packs.

·         Evaluate returned tenders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·         Provide detailed cost breakdowns for land acquisition packs.

The ideal Candidate will have the following:

·         Prior experience working for a residential developer.

·         Willingness to learn and grow within a company

·         Be a current Senior Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
