Location: Central London
Salary: £75,000 to £90,000p/a plus package

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of residential projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The role will be involved with RC Frame apartments, within a residential development of approximately 900 units, located in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts.

• Oversee procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts.

• Provide cost reporting and risk assessments to senior management.

• Work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

• Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within residential development.

• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
