​Senior Project Manager – Prime Residential New Build (£70M) – West London

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a prestigious prime residential new build in West London? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to take charge of this landmark £70M development from inception to completion.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of this ultra-high-end residential scheme. Your leadership will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the project, from pre-construction to handover.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

  • Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, including subcontractors and consultants.

  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, health & safety, and compliance standards.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and design teams, to maintain seamless communication.

  • Drive efficiency, innovation, and best practices in construction methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing high-value prime residential projects (£50M+).

  • Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke detailing, and high-spec construction methods.

  • Ability to lead large teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
