Kenna Recruitment are representing a fit-out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Project Lead to join the team. My client has a 100 unit Rc frame development project in the centre of  London including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele.

About the role:  

The main purpose you will have been delivering the projects from start to finish and liaising working alongside a Project Director  giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Rc frame developments  varying from £25million to £100 million in value , you will be the project lead on site reporting into a visiting Project Director.

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the project is delivered safely through to completion. 

• Work is done in the highest standard.

• Providing regular updates

• Meet deadlines.

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid cert
