​Project Manager – Croydon - £80,000 - £90,000

Project Manager needed for main tier 1 contractor based in South London.
£6m - £25M, Tier 1 experience, education, ideally DfE, Design and build, collaborative, team player.

About the role:

Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion,

Deliver work that meets project requirements,

Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Ideally you will have:

Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Educational schemes between £10 and £40 million.

Experience of working running multiple projects

Experience of managing client facing interactions

What are we looking for?

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts and government frameworks. You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professional qualified in a relevant technical discipline.

You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects. You will also have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
