Freelance Design Manager

 Location: Guildford 

Outside IR35 

4-6 Months work+ 

Kenna Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Design Managers on a freelance/contract basis. 

The scheme is a £13m healthcare new build and the programme runs into 2026. All groundworks have been complete and the Frame is 60% complete. 

You will be responsible as the sole design manager on the scheme for delivering all technical aspects and working with on site and external consultancies and engineers.
