Adam has a diverse background, which has included involvement with his family run construction business, which led him to a role in recruitment for the construction industry.

Adam has previously placed both permanent and freelance candidates in commercial, technical and production roles and his current position is focussed on a mixture of business development, client liaison and assisting with the team management.
